Load the Remoteus Customer software below.

Click this link to install Remoteus

1. Click the link and choose Open or Run.
2. Install the software to your computer.
3. Locate the Remoteus software and double click to launch.
4. Contact TDS at 803-327-4266.
5. Provide the TDS Representative with the Code number on your screen.
6. When prompted on your Screen, Give TDS permission to control your mouse and screen.
7. TDS now can now access your computer.
8. You can see all the movements of the TDS representative as they move around your system
